Developer Sandbox Terms

These Developer Sandbox Terms ("Sandbox Terms") govern your access to and use of the Securelytix developer sandbox environment, including any API keys issued through www.securelytix.tech/get-your-key (the "Sandbox"). The Sandbox is provided by Stackpe Technosolutions Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or using a sandbox API key, you agree to these Sandbox Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Sandbox Purpose

The Sandbox is provided solely for non-production evaluation, integration testing, and proof-of-concept development. It is not intended for live production workloads, regulated production data, or end-user traffic at scale.

2. Eligibility and API Keys

2.1 You must use a valid work email address and complete verification to receive an API key.
2.2 API keys are personal to your organization's evaluation and must not be shared publicly, committed to source control, or embedded in client-side code.
2.3 You are responsible for all activity conducted with your API key and must notify us immediately at support.s@securelytix.tech if you suspect unauthorized use.
2.4 We may revoke, rotate, or expire API keys at any time without notice.

3. Usage Limits and Availability

3.1 Sandbox access is subject to fair-use rate limits, including approximately 1,000 API calls per day unless otherwise communicated in writing.
3.2 The Sandbox is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis with no uptime or performance guarantees.
3.3 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sandbox or any endpoint at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit real production, highly sensitive, or unlawful data unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with Sandbox infrastructure.
• Use the Sandbox to build competing products or reverse engineer proprietary components beyond what is necessary for evaluation.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide Sandbox access to third parties without our consent.

5. Data and Privacy

Test data processed in the Sandbox should be synthetic or anonymized where possible. You remain responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable privacy laws. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Sandbox data may be deleted periodically and should not be relied upon for retention or backup.

6. Confidentiality

Documentation, sample responses, feature previews, and non-public Sandbox behavior constitute Confidential Information. You must not disclose such information without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Sandbox, APIs, documentation, and related materials. No license is granted except as necessary for your limited evaluation use during the Sandbox period.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Sandbox is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from Sandbox use, including data loss, service interruption, or integration failures.

9. Term and Termination

These Sandbox Terms apply from the date you accept them when requesting an API key until your access ends. We may terminate Sandbox access immediately for violation of these terms or for any business reason. Upon termination, you must cease using your API key and delete any copies.

10. Governing Law

These Sandbox Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
